朱雷,理学博士,副教授

朱雷,1982年生,厦门大学公共卫生学院副教授。2008年硕士毕业于吉林大学生命科学学院,同年考入吉林大学生命科学学院攻读博士学位,2009年获得国家留学基金委公派留学奖学金,到美国国立卫生院(National Institutes of Health, NIH)做为联合培养博士生交流2年,并于2010年获得美国国立生物医药与生物工程中心“王秀文”杰出青年科研人员奖。2011年博士毕业后继续在美国国立卫生院医学影像与生物医学工程中心做博士后研究,主要研究方向为分子影像探针的设计和研发。2014年博士毕业论文被评为 “吉林大学优秀博士论文”、“吉林省优秀博士论文”。目前已经获得国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,自然科学基金面上项目一项,参与科技部863项目一项,横向合作一项,累计科研经费达到140万。目前已经发表论文36篇,文章累计影响因子150以上,其中第一作者10篇。目前指导硕士生6名,博士生1名。

研究方向:
1. 新型智能探针(activatable probe)的研究与开发;
2. 多模态、多功能探针的研究与开发;
3. 药物载体研究与开发;
4. 噬菌体展示肽库筛选肿瘤特异性靶向多肽。

Dr. Zhu received his M.S. in 2008 from the College of Life Science at Jilin University in China. From Nov. 2009 to Oct. 2011, Dr. Zhu joined the Laboratory for Molecular Imaging and Nanomedicine (LOMIN) at the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) as a predoctoral visiting fellow under the supervision of Dr. Shawn Chen. In Dec. 2011, he received his Ph.D. degree in the College of Life Science at Jilin University under the supervision of Professor Xuexun Fang. After graduation, Dr. Zhu started his postdoctoral training in Dr. Shawn Chen’s LOMIN at NIBIB, NIH. In 2013, Dr. Zhu joined the Center for Molecular Imaging and Translational Medicine at Xiamen University as an associate professor. Till now, Dr. Zhu published more than 30 papers related to molecular imaging and drug delivery.
In 2014, Dr. Zhu got Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Jilin University and Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Jilin Province. Currently, Dr. Zhu's research is mainly focused on protein chemistry, especially matrix metalloproteinases and caspases. He is interested in screening and selecting cancer-specific binding peptides; developing novel activatable imaging probes for non-invasive early detection; and monitoring of cancer therapy using multimodality imaging technologies including PET, SPECT, MRI, photoacoustics imaging and optical imaging. He is also interested in application of nano-materials in drug delivery.
