张现忠,博士/教授/博士生导师

厦门大学特聘教授、分子影像暨转化医学研究中心副主任。1995年获得化学理学学士学位(北京师范大学),1998年获得放射化学理学硕士(北京师范大学),2002年获得无机化学理学博士(北京师范大学),2004-2005年美国Stanford大学博士后/访问学者。曾任北京师范大学化学学院助教、讲师、副教授和博士生导师(1998.8-2012.9);北京师范大学放射性药物教育部重点实验室主任助理、应用化学研究所副所长 (2010.1-2012.9)。2012.10-至今:厦门大学特聘教授、博士生导师。主要从事分子影像放射性探针的设计、合成、标记以及体内外评价等工作。迄今已在Journal of Nuclear Medicine、Advanced Materials和ACS Nano等专业学术期刊发表论文102篇,其中SCI收录论文71篇;获得授权国家发明专利44项;主持科技部973课题、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等项目15项,参加10项;曾获北京师范大学优秀科技成果奖(2002)、京师英才二等奖(2012)、福建青年科技奖(2014)和福建青年五四奖章集体(2014,排名第二)等。

研究兴趣

放射性药物化学基础研究分子影像探针设计、合成、评价及临床转化研究。分子影像已成为热门研究领域,为未来医学中的个性化医疗提供十分重要的信息。利用放射性核素(99mTc,18F等)标记的分子影像探针由于具有高灵敏度、高分辨率以及可以定量分析等优势已成为在分子水平上研究活体内病变机制及其治疗效果的首选成像手段。我们的研究目标是设计、合成新的生物活性配体,然后通过放射化学手段实现放射性核素99mTc或18F标记,并放射性标记(配合)物进行体内外生物性能评价,筛选出具有潜在应用价值的药物。
