个人简介:

周子健博士于2015年在厦门大学化学化工学院获得化学生物学博士学位(导师:高锦豪教授),2015-2020年在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)从事访问和博士后研究工作(导师:Xiaoyuan (Shawn) Chen,现为新加坡国立大学终身教授)。自2020年10月起在厦门大学担任独立课题组组长、博士生导师,分子疫苗学和分子诊断学国家重点实验室固定成员。

传统分子影像策略对生命活动中关键作用小分子/离子的活体成像能力不足。课题组针对水分子、铁离子和活性氧小分子的磁共振成像和调控研究,在肿瘤成像“看得清”、治疗监测“分得开”、以及预后评价“测得准”三个方面取得了具有特色的研究成果,实现了铁死亡相关疾病的早期成像评估和治疗指导,以及免疫细胞功能和活性的可视化调控和诊疗应用。迄今,共发表学术论文80余篇,撰写英文专著章节1章,据Web of Science统计论文总被引用9000余次、H因子50。其中,以第一/通讯(含共同)作者在Nat. Nanotechnol.(最后通讯1篇)、Sci. Adv.(最后通讯1篇)、Nat. Commun.(2篇)、Adv. Mater.(4篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(4篇)、ACS Nano(5篇)、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Chem. Soc. Rev.等发表多篇论文,多篇入选ESI高被引论文,单篇最高被引用大于1000次。曾获得美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)“卓越研究员奖”(Fellows Award for Research Excellence, FARE)、教育部“王宽诚教育基金会”会议基金资助,担任iRADIOLOGY等杂志青年编委,入选“南强青年拔尖人才”计划、福建省高层次人才(海外引进)等。作为博士后合作导师指导1名博士后获得2021年“博新计划”。现担任10余种国际学术期刊的独立审稿人。

 

研究方向:

一、肿瘤氧化还原微环境的可视化调控和肿瘤诊疗研究;

二、铁死亡途径分子影像探针的开发及其相关疾病的诊疗应用;

三、纳米药物的临床转化工艺和药效评估。
