
吴川六博士,男,1983年9月生,厦门大学化学化工学院教授,分子影像暨转化医学研究中心兼聘教授,博士生导师,固体表面物理化学国家重点实验室固定成员。分别于2005年和2010年获得厦门大学化学化工学院学士和博士学位。在攻读博士学位期间,于2008至2009年间在新加坡国立大学化学系交流学习一年。博士毕业后,获得瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院ETH Fellowship资助,于2010至2012年间在该校化学与应用生物学系开展了两年的博士后研究。2012年12月份回国,成立独立课题组。2015年被聘为福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授。主要从事生命分析化学、分子影像探针等相关领域的课题研究。主要研究内容包括:1)发展高亲合力和高特异性的化学分子探针和高灵敏的荧光分析方法;2)发展具有限制构型的多元环肽分子模板,构建多功能的多肽分子成像探针工具;3)发展多肽分子内二硫键精准配对技术,构建多元环肽库,针对重要蛋白质分子,筛选活性多肽分子。目前,已在Nature Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc., 以及Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.等国际知名杂志发表学术论文28篇(第一或通讯作者论文19篇)。
